Your work helps promote well-being, social interaction, and joy every single day. Responsibilities Include Assist in planning and leading wellness, recreation, and social activities tailored to residents with memory loss Encourage participation through personal engagement and support Help organize welcome activities for new residents and assist with resident council meetings Support seasonal and holiday decorating to keep the environment inviting and stimulating Maintain and distribute a monthly activity calendar Escort residents to and from programs, and provide hands-on involvement during activities Keep activity areas clean, safe, and organized Assist with social media updates for the community Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage compassionately with seniors Must pass background checks and required health screenings Preferred Skills Experience working in memory care or with seniors Creativity in music, art, games, or fitness Social media or content creation experience is a plus Why You'll Love It Here This is more than just a job—it's a chance to build lasting relationships and be a part of meaningful moments every day. Pay:
