First Aid Certification Camp Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking strong, positive male role models to join our team as Camp Counselors for our Summer Camp running from June 2nd - July 31st, 2026. This role goes beyond supervision—you will play a key part in mentoring and guiding young boys who look up to and learn from your actions daily. As a Camp Counselor, you will help create a structured, energetic, and supportive environment where campers can grow in confidence, discipline, and character. This is a paid opportunity to make a lasting impact while gaining valuable leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and actively engage campers in sports, games, and group activities Serve as a consistent, positive role model—demonstrating leadership, accountability, and respect Mentor campers, especially young boys, in building confidence, discipline, and social skills Maintain structure and ensure a safe, organized environment at all times Assist with daily schedules, transitions, and group management Encourage teamwork, effort, and positive behavior through your presence and leadership Work collaboratively with staff to create a high-energy, well-run camp experience Communicate effectively with parents/guardians when needed
Qualifications:
At least 21 years old Strong leadership presence and ability to connect with and guide youth Experience in sports, coaching, mentoring, or working with children is preferred First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to maintain structure, energy, and accountability with a group of campers Strong communication and interpersonal skills
