Job Overview Swing Chic Foundation is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the continued development of our inclusive recreation programming for children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is Making Golf Inclusive . This is not a traditional clinic-based BCBA position. Our programs take place in golf and community recreation environments where participants develop skills, confidence, independence, communication, social engagement, and meaningful community participation. The BCBA will work collaboratively with organizational leadership, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), golf instructors, program staff, families, caregivers, and community partners to help create supportive and inclusive recreational experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA interested in community-based practice, natural-environment learning, inclusive recreation, program development, and innovative approaches to behavioral support. Key Responsibilities The BCBA may be responsible for: Providing behavioral consultation and professional oversight for inclusive recreation programs Helping develop behavior-support protocols appropriate for golf and community recreation environments Providing supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavioral support staff when applicable Training instructors, staff, and volunteers in evidence-based strategies for supporting participants with autism and developmental disabilities Supporting strategies related to communication, transitions, emotional regulation, social interaction, independence, waiting, turn-taking, and participation Recommending visual supports, environmental modifications, prompting strategies, reinforcement systems, and other appropriate supports Collaborating with families and caregivers to better understand individual participant needs Observing participants within natural and community environments and recommending appropriate supports Assisting with program evaluation, data collection procedures, documentation standards, and outcome measurement Helping ensure behavioral-support practices protect participant dignity, choice, independence, safety, and inclusion Collaborating with organizational leadership as inclusive recreation programs expand Assisting with the development of clinical policies, procedures, supervision structures, and documentation systems when applicable Ensuring services within the BCBA's scope are delivered ethically and in accordance with applicable professional standards Our Approach We believe inclusive recreation should focus on removing barriers—not lowering expectations . Qualifications Required:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Education, or a related field Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities Knowledge of behavior assessment, behavior-support planning, skill acquisition, data collection, and evidence-based ABA practices Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to work effectively with families, instructors, RBTs, educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals Ability and willingness to work in community and recreational environments Reliable transportation to program locations throughout

Metro Atlanta/South Metro Atlanta Preferred:

Experience supervising RBTs Experience with children and adolescents Experience supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities Experience in schools, community programs, camps, recreation, adaptive sports, or natural-environment settings Experience developing programs, protocols, staff training, or organizational systems Current CPR/First Aid certification Experience with caregiver education and interdisciplinary collaboration Golf experience is NOT required. Our golf professionals provide golf instruction. We are seeking a BCBA who understands behavior, learning, inclusion, and how to support people successfully in real-world environments. Schedule This is a part-time, contract/program-based position rather than a traditional full-time caseload.

Programming may occur:

Weekday mornings and afternoons After-school hours Evenings Saturdays Special events and multi-week programs Flexible availability is highly desirable , particularly for candidates who can support some weekday daytime programming. Hours will vary based on program schedules and organizational needs. Compensation $65-$85 per hour Compensation will be determined based on experience, responsibilities, supervision requirements, program scope, and level of involvement. There is potential for expanded opportunities as our inclusive recreation programming continues to grow.
