Job Description
Compassionate and enthusiastic Activities Assistant dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents in a skilled nursing facility. Experienced in planning, organizing, and leading engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. Skilled at encouraging resident participation, fostering meaningful social connections, and creating a positive, supportive environment. Works collaboratively with the Activities Director, nursing staff, residents, and families to develop programs that meet individual interests and needs while promoting dignity, independence, and overall resident satisfaction.
