Activity Assistant

Pearl Healthcare is looking for a talented Activity Assistant's to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and demonstrate passion about caring for our residents.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead programs and encourage resident participation in our activity programs. Implement person-centered plans of care that encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation and fulfillment, and improve daily living skills for residents of varied functional levels. Conduct patient interview assessments and care plan. Document resident participation, mood, behavior, assistance level. Set up the physical environment for activities. Assist with special events, theme days, celebrations.

Candidate must have the following:

Promote and facilitate teamwork. Demonstrate a high standard of ethics. Dependability. Demonstrate excellent customer service. Demonstrate compassion and exhibit patience.

Job requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Related experience not required but encouraged. Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job Must successfully pass background and drug screening
