If you have a heart for serving seniors and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, we would love to meet you. Position Overview As an Activity Aide, you will work closely with residents in our memory care community to support and implement engaging, purposeful activities designed to enhance quality of life. You will play an important role in encouraging participation, fostering social connections, and creating moments of joy each day. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and leading daily activities for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia Encourage and support resident participation in group and one-on-one activities Help create a positive, stimulating, and safe environment Work collaboratively with the care team to meet residents' individual needs Adapt activities to match varying cognitive and physical abilities Qualifications Creative, compassionate, and energetic personality Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills 1+ year of experience and/or training in Alzheimer's disease and dementia care preferred CPR certification preferred (required upon employment) Why Join Anam?
