We are seeking Full-time Activity Aides to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, organized, and enjoys engaging with people in meaningful ways. What You'll Do Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and programs that encourage social, emotional, and physical well-being. Provide one-on-one visits and support for residents who may not be able to join group activities. Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet the unique needs and abilities of residents, including those with memory care needs. Collaborate with the Activity Director and other staff to bring joy, comfort, and stimulation to daily life. Foster a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and included. What We're Looking For Someone who is creative, enthusiastic, and able to bring fresh ideas for activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with people of all backgrounds. Organized and reliable, with the ability to plan, set up, and follow through on activities.
