What You'll Be Doing Lead and support engaging activities such as games, crafts, music, and social events Build genuine connections with residents through friendly conversation and one-on-one time Help plan and set up meaningful programs and special community events Encourage participation and help create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere Bring creativity and positivity into daily resident experiences Why You'll Love This Role Every shift is different and full of interaction You'll make a real, visible impact on residents' quality of life Supportive team environment where your personality matters Opportunity to be creative and bring new ideas to life Flexible scheduling options available (full-time or part-time) What We're Looking For A positive, caring, and outgoing personality Someone who enjoys working with seniors and building relationships Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Creativity in activities, crafts, games, or engagement ideas is a plus Experience in senior living or activities is helpful but not required—we will train the right person Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to complete CPR certification and dementia training Occasional weekend availability (approximately once per month) Schedule Options Full-time or part-time positions available
