You will make a difference in the lives of residents by overseeing the activity program and ensuring residents have a variety of engaging daily activities that stimulate the mind, body and spirit. The schedule varies by location, but may require some weekends. Responsibilities- Life Enrichment (Activities) Coordinator Developing the monthly life enrichment calendar to help meet the physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents Overseeing service plans and personal interviews with residents to gain insight into preferences and abilities Training all staff participating in life enrichment programs Maintaining a volunteer program , and ensuring they are trained and supervised Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events, to include driving company bus and/or vehicle when needed Monitoring budget, equipment, and supplies to ensure that the activity schedule can be completed successfully Capturing and sharing photos and videos of residence activities on company-approved social media and publication platforms, according to company standards Assisting the Sales Director with the planning and delivery of community events or activities at the community Designing the physical layout and decorations for activities, displays, and other life enrichment products that meet company standards Reviewing the activity program to ensure that it meets all state, federal, company, and other regulations and guidelines Bonus opportunities- Life Enrichment (Activities) Coordinator Employee referrals Employee of the month/year Resident tour (move-in) Why we should be your "home away from home" Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
