A Recreation or Activities Worker leads tours and vacation trips in outdoor or wilderness areas. Leads hiking, rafting, canoeing, climbing or diving activities for a group. Provides specialized knowledge about the history, terrain, ecology or wildlife for the tour. Manages transportation, equipment and provisions and assists with cooking.

Position Summary:
Reports to manager, recreation. Responsible for supervision of student government, welfare fund of the student union and voting services, in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
Supervise Student Government Association (SGA), which includes maintaining communication with administration; scheduling and supervising meetings and guiding development skills in student government. Oversee the funding and welfare of the Student Union. Ensure student union snack bar meets ll state and local health regulations and safety requirements. Chaperone student government functions. Coordinate voting activities. It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associates preferred or two years related experience working with youth. Must obtain servsafe certification within 90days of employment. Excellent written, verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
