Activity Team Member

Part Time Activity Team Member (Weekends) The Activity Team Member supports the planning and implementation of engaging, meaningful activities for residents in an active assisted living community. This role helps promote social interaction, wellness, and overall quality of life in a vibrant, social-model environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with leading planned group activities Encourage resident participation & build positive relationships Help set up and clean up activity spaces & materials Provide one-on-one engagement for residents as needed Support special events, celebrations and weekend programming Communicate resident feedback & participation to the Activity Director Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents

Qualifications:

Friendly, energetic, and compassionate personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in working with older adults Previous experience in activities, customer service, or Senior Living preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and assist with light lifting Ability to participate in active programs (games, movement, events)
