Job Description
Description Position Overview This is a dynamic, physically active position requiring movement throughout our waterfront property—from beach areas to recreational facilities and outdoor spaces—as you accompany children through thoughtfully designed daily and evening programming. You will work collaboratively with our children's programming team to engage guests in enriching, age-appropriate activities that reflect our resort's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, educational experiences that delight young guests and exceed parent expectations Execute daily themed programming with creativity, energy, and attention to detail Ensure the highest standards of child safety by adhering to all resort policies, procedures, and best practices Lead and participate in sports, arts & crafts, nature exploration, and recreational activities across various resort locations Maintain an immaculate, organized, and welcoming children's center environment Provide warm, professional service to children and parents that reflects our Five-Star reputation Adapt quickly to guest needs and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Qualifications Previous experience working with children preferred; passion for child development and engagement essential Genuine enthusiasm for sports, arts & crafts, and nature-based activities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and adults Physical stamina and ability to remain active throughout shifts in various indoor and outdoor settings Team-oriented mindset with commitment to collaborative success CORI background check required Comprehensive training provided.
