Job Description

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to join our team in our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will help create meaningful daily activities and provide hands-on support to residents while working closely with the Activities Director.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily recreational and social activities for residents Encourage resident participation and engagement Help set up and clean up activity areas Provide hands-on involvement during scheduled programs Maintain activity participation records and documentation Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary staff
Qualifications:
Prior experience working with elderly residents or patients preferred Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Compassionate and energetic personality
Salary:
$17-$18 per hour
