DESCRIPTION

RegalCare at Worcester is seeking a friendly and energetic Activity Assistant for a full-time position , working three days a week and weekends 9:00 AM-5:00 PM . This role supports the Activities Department in providing engaging and meaningful programs that enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and implementing daily activity programs Encourage resident participation in group and individual activities Help set up and clean up activity areas Escort residents to and from activities as needed Support special events, holiday programs, and weekend activities Maintain a positive, respectful environment for residents Follow facility policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in long-term care or activities preferred, but not required Outgoing, patient, and compassionate personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance, including every other weekend
