- Activities Assistant

- What You'll Do
- As a Activities Assistant you'll play a key role in enriching the daily lives of our residents.
You will:
+ Support the development of personalized community life plans that highlight each resident's strengths, interests, and goals + Observe and document resident participation, mood, and engagement to help track progress + Encourage socialization, physical activity, personal interests, and lifelong learning + Help create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where residents feel valued and connected- What You'll Need
- + High school diploma or equivalent + A passion for helping others and bringing joy to the lives of seniors
