FITNESS AIDE - OAKLAWN LIFE IMPROVEMENT CENTER
Job Summary:
Assists members, guests and visitors of the club.
Essential Functions:
Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others to achieve their goals and objectives. Provides customer service to members and guests. Processes point of sale purchases, as needed. Conducts opening and closing duties. Manages the cash register. Assists in membership sales and guest tours. Assists in ensuring that the fitness area, equipment and locker rooms are clean, well maintained, and safe.
Minimum Qualifications:
AED/ BLS
Certified
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High school diploma preferred. Possess knowledge of fitness and aquatic equipment and emergency procedures. Skilled in interpersonal relationships, assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands and possess the ability to operate a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications.
Working Conditions:
Occasionally may be exposed to infectious diseases.
Physical Requirements:
