Non-Exempt/Part time $20.00 hr

Pontiac, MI Description:
Under the general direction of the Recreation Coordinators, provides program oversight ensuring that programs are operated as intended and that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Essential Functions:
Supervises youth programs at various locations. Supervises directly or through lower level managerial personnel a staff of both full and part-time permanent and seasonal employees engaged in the operation and maintenance of City parks and recreation programs. Accounts for participant attendance and monitors child well-being. Reports to recreation coordinator /manager any issues that need to be addressed. Maintains records of activities and programs completing reports and making recommendations to recreation coordinator/ manager on present programs or for the possibilities of future programs regarding parks and recreation.
