Camp Counselor

Located on the shores of Long Lake, Kimball Camp Outdoor Center is a vibrant, mission-driven camp committed to creating meaningful outdoor expereinces for campers and guests of all ages. Through recreation, adventure, faith, and a connection to nature, we foster personal growth, community, and lifelong memories in a safe and inclusive environment. Kimball Camp is seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and responsible Summer Camp Counselors to support a variety of programs throughout the summer season. Counselors play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and safe environment for campers and guests. This position is flexible based on weekly program needs and may include working with Day Camp, Overnight Camp or rental and retreat groups. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people/kids, being outdoors, and contributing to a collaborative camp community. With the availability to live on camp for the summer.
