This position is for the following hours. We would prefer flexibility to work day, afternoon and evening shifts. 7am-3pm 11a-7pm 12pm-8pm 3p-8p

PUNCTUALITY & ADHERENCE TO STRICT ATTENDANCE POLICY REQUIRED.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Duties include interacting with the residents, engaging in games, crafts and escorting to outings Lead regular Activities and Memory Care groups Instructing daily morning chair exercises Keeping residents focused and engaged on current activity Redirecting and transporting residents to the activity room or appropriate location for current activity Assist in feeding memory care residents their meals Comply with safety regulations and policies to ensure the safety of the residents Great Candidate Qualifications Prefer some knowledge of dementia Must posses a valid drivers license & high school diploma or GED Ability to work 32-40 hours per week with flexible hours for day, afternoon and evening shifts and a minimum of 4 weekend days a month Able to communicate and problem solve with team members as a mature, responsible individual Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and lift test
