Job Description

Position Overview:
Under the general supervision of the Doyle Director. Supervisor will aid in planning, organizing, promoting and overseeing City recreation programs including programs, leagues, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with program design and evaluation Instruct classes, programs, and activities Schedule sports leagues, tournaments, activities, fields Recruit and hire staff and volunteers to assist with programs Coordinate contract officials Plan and manage concession-related activities Train and supervise part-time staff on software and daily operations Administer Payroll & Scheduling for all staff and contracted employees Coordinate Special events Respond to public inquiries; and assist with sponsorship efforts Maintain a working knowledge of all general and departmental-specific safety rules Perform other duties as assigned by
Doyle Director Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Sports Management, Health and Wellness or related field preferred. Previous Recreation Experience Preferred three (3) years. Valid Driver's License and certification in
First Aid, CPR, and AED Pay:
$50,000.00 - $56,160.00 per year
