Fair Hills Resort Summer Jobs It takes a big crew to run the resort and create the magical Fair Hills experience for our guests. Our summer jobs offer the opportunity to work hard while having fun and meeting people from around the world! Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Applicant Requirements Flexibility is required - willingness to jump in and help other departments at the resort as necessary is an expectation. Weekend, weekday, and holiday availability is required. Morning & Evening availability - weekly schedules are subject to change A strong work ethic is required. We are busy and work hard all summer! Availability to work June, July & August Wages & Benefits 20-40 hours per week Pay starts at $11.50 per hour Eligible for up to a $2.00 per hour additional bonus On-Site Housing available - $100 per week (must be 1 year post high school graduation to be eligible for housing) Meals are offered to those who live on-site, complimentary at least twice daily Access to Fair Hills & Wildflower Amenities; golf, boats, activities, swimming, etc. Staff Activities; Hootenanny, Staff Talent Show, Guest vs. Staff Sports, etc. Recreation Directors At Fair Hills Resort, recreation is the heartbeat of the day. For 100 years, families have gathered here not just to relax, but to play, laugh, compete, and connect. Our Recreation Directors are the energy behind those moments, leading the activities that turn vacations into lifelong memories. Our Recreation Team facilitates organized activities daily at 9:30am and 2:30pm, along with select evening events. From classic camp-style games to creative competitions and themed events, Recreation Directors bring enthusiasm, structure, and fun to every part of the day. We offer programming for four age groups: Ages 4-8 (2 Directors) Ages 8-14 (2 Directors) Teens (1 Director) Adults (1 Director) Each director plays a key role in creating age-appropriate, engaging experiences while contributing to the overall spirit of the resort.
What You'll Do:
Plan, organize, and lead daily activities for your assigned age group Create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy environment Encourage participation and build confidence in guests Communicate clearly with parents and guests Assist with special events and evening programming Collaborate with fellow recreation staff to maintain a cohesive, upbeat atmosphere Serve as a positive role model and ambassador of resort traditions Activities may include sports, arts and crafts, waterfront games, tournaments, themed challenges, and all-resort competitions.
