Wellness and Activity Coordinator $18•$24/hour | Full-Time Days The Crest at Lakeville | SilverCrest The Crest at Lakeville, a SilverCrest Senior Living Community, is hiring a Wellness and Activity Coordinator to facilitate daily activities at our senior campus. What You'll Do:
Provide personalized attention and bring smiles to the faces of older adults as you promote a joyful, fun, and engaging experience Facilitate balanced programs for all residents by taking individual needs into account, assuring customer satisfaction, and enriching the lives of the residents Use computer programs in Microsoft Office for public communications, calendar creation, and newsletter development, or be willing to learn and implement Incorporate the community's emotional support Golden Retriever into activities with the residents
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Previous experience in dementia care Willingness to work with the community dog (Golden Retriever) Previous experience leading activities, exercise groups, happy hour, and/or birthday parties, in a senior living environment or education setting Experience in a program-related position, preferably in senior housing, and/or experience working with special populations with specific intellectual, social, or physical needs To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
