CarShield Field has served as the host site for the O'Fallon Hoots, a member of the Prospect League, a six-team in-house collegiate league, the Play9 Collegiate League, and special events like Professional Softball League and Tacos and Tequila Festival. We are looking for the next superstars for our Spring 2027 internship class. Here's what you can expect to get from us: High quality training and supervision from an energized and experienced full-time staff Career guidance and coaching from upper management Freedom to be creative and develop as a professional in the sports industry Experience in running a stadium Here's what we expect from you: Desire to learn and grow Willingness to be challenged and step outside of your comfort zone Energetic and excited about bringing the best show to O'Fallon Here's a snippet of what you'll be doing / learning: Working special events Assisting the Assistant General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage in keeping the ballpark in top shape Creating and maintaining a clean, safe and fun ballpark for all fans Assisting in inventory controls and purchasing supplies for stadium Pursuing and coordinating all aspects of ballpark rentals including, but not limited to college baseball games, high school baseball games, and soccer practices Assisting the AGM in preventative maintenance Provide customer service that is "For the Fan" at all times This is an unpaid internship
