Student Employee - STEAM Camp Counselor

Student workers will help lead, teach, and assist groups of 6-8 students in grades 2-5 for the elementary camp and grades 6 and 7 for the middle school camp. We will be hosting the camps in a variety of campus locations (inside and outside) while completing many activities. Patience and a desire to work with elementary and middle school students is a must. Supervision & Safety Supervise elementary and middle school-aged campers at all times to ensure safety and appropriate behavior. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment during both indoor and outdoor activities. Enforce camp rules and handle minor disciplinary issues with a positive and supportive approach. Report accidents, injuries, or incidents to senior staff or camp director promptly. Activity Facilitation Assist in leading and facilitating daily STEAM activities, experiments, projects, and group games. Help set up and clean up materials for each activity.
