Pay Rate:
$16.00-18.00/Hour Work Schedule Adult City League on Sundays, 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Times subject to change Fall season runs from September 20 th - November 15th. Dates subject to change
Winter Session:
January-March Job Summary As a City of Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands Coordinator, you will serve the department's sports programs by providing duties during select activities. Supervisor will ensure a safe and positive playing environment for all participants. Must be 18 years or older to supervise. Should be decisive, candid, approachable, reliable, and teachable. Applicants must be knowledgeable about game rules, have experience in the activity they are facilitating, and able to work well with adults. Applicants must be knowledgeable about game rules, have experience in the activity they are overseeing, and able to work well with children and adults. Responsible for the game experience of our participants. Act as a gym supervisor and will be responsible for set up/tear down of volleyball nets monitoring the gym, cleaning, and securing facilities. Ensure a safe and positive playing environment for participants. Knowledge of volleyball rules and bylaws preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Operate timing devices and/or the official scorebook for the designated sport. You must have your own transportation. Professional, confident, and capable of handling any issues calmly and professionally. Strong communication and decision-making skills. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, sports-focused environment.
