  • $18.00/Hour Work Schedule Work possible on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays (2-4 days per week) for Adults and Saturday Mornings for Youth Games City League Games
  • 6:30pm
  • 10:00pm on weekdays and 3:30pm
  • 7:30pm on Sundays, 2-4 games per night. Seasons Adult City League Basketball
  • January-March Youth Girls Basketball October
  • November. Saturday Games Youth Boys Basketball January
  • February. Saturday Games Youth Girls Volleyball February

Saturday Games Job Summary The City of Billings Parks, Recreation, and Public Lands is seeking reliable and professional Gym Supervisors to oversee facility operations during adult sports league games. Gym Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that facilities are safe, games run smoothly, and participants, coaches, and officials experience a positive environment. This role requires strong decision-making skills, conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to maintain a professional demeanor while managing fast-paced game days. Perform pre
  • and post-game facility inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
Oversee league games and promote fair play and good sportsmanship. Communicate effectively with coaches, referees, scorekeepers, and recreation staff. Supervise scorekeepers and ensure accurate recording of scores and game details. Assist with conflict resolution and make informed judgment calls as needed. Maintain facility cleanliness and enforce facility rules. Report scores, issues, and updates to recreation staff promptly. Setup, tear down, clean up, and security of facilities. Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation. Knowledge of sport rules and bylaws preferred. Operate timing devices and/or the official scorebook for the designated sport. Professional, confident, and capable of handling disputes calmly. Strong communication and decision-making skills. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, sports-focused environment.
