Job Summary As a Zipline Guide, you will play a crucial role in providing an exhilarating and safe experience for our guests. You will be responsible for leading zipline tours, ensuring the safety of participants, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for outdoor activities, and the ability to engage with diverse groups of people, including children and families. Responsibilities Conduct pre-zipline safety briefings and equipment checks for all participants. Assist guests in harnessing and preparing for their zipline experience. Lead zipline tours while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Provide clear instructions and support to guests throughout the tour. Manage group dynamics effectively to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Address any guest concerns or conflicts with professionalism and empathy. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the zipline area and equipment. Engage with guests through public speaking, sharing information about the local environment and ziplining experience. Experience Ideal candidates will possess skills or experience in one or more of the following areas: Resort or hospitality environments, enhancing guest experiences. Food service roles that demonstrate customer interaction skills. Conflict management techniques to handle diverse guest situations effectively. Customer service roles that emphasize guest satisfaction and engagement. Experience working with children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for younger participants. Background in theater or public speaking to enhance communication skills during tours. Events management experience that showcases organizational abilities in dynamic settings.
