Opportunity :
We are seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our team. This role will collaborate with our management teams, creating social events for our residents at our properties.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement planned activity programs. Plan and schedule service activities for residents. Initiate social activities for senior residents. Meet the needs and requirements of residents through various activity programs. Develop individual resident and community service plans to enrich the lives of people. Participate in cross-functional team activities to improvise activity programs. Monitor and manage activity program equipment, materials, and supplies. Enhance and improvise quality of life through enrichment activity programs. Comply with state, federal, and local laws and regulations while designing activity programs.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess the following: High school education or the equivalent. CPR licensed and first aid training preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to a diverse group of people. Internally driven to help others and provide solutions. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Valid drivers license and insurance required. Why You'll Love Working with
