Part-Time Facility Attendant at Fargo Parks Sports Center Join our team as a Part-Time Facility Attendant and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Sports Center. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible hours to contribute to a dynamic recreational environment while gaining valuable experience in facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Facility Supervisor in the daily operations of the Sports Center Set up and tear down for various events and activities Support routine maintenance of the building and grounds to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Monitor facility conditions and report any issues or repairs needed Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas and equipment Provide excellent customer service to visitors and participants Crowd Control Assist in other areas as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving equipment, and setting up event spaces Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or variable hours as needed We foster a positive, inclusive work environment that values teamwork, initiative, and community engagement.
