Job Description The Fargo Force are seeking a group of energetic and dedicated interns to join our team for the upcoming season. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of sports promotions, while creating moments for fans to remember for years to come. This is a paid position, with the opportunity to receive college credit if applicable. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of all gameday promotional activities, including concourse tables, interactive games, and sponsor activations Engage with fans, distribute promotional items, and facilitate contests and giveaways Execute in-game entertainment, intermission activities, and special events Help manage and organize promotional inventory and prize fulfillment Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive fan experience Work at the team store, Chuck-a-Puck table, and rock wall Support different departments with game night needs and behind the scenes operations Various other duties as assigned Qualifications Working towards a bachelor's degree in sport management or equivalent area of study (highly desired, but not required) Strong interest in the sports industry, particularly hockey Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with large crowds Must be available to work all Fargo Force home games, which include evenings, weekends, and some holidays Willingness to assist with special events and community appearances with advance notice Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in sports marketing, event management, and fan engagement. Development of teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a professional sports environment.
