We're looking for an Activities Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys helping others and takes pride in keeping details on track. What You'll Do Manage calendars and schedules for administrators Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting agendas and other documents Handle incoming calls, emails and mail distribution Maintain files, records and confidential information Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service Order supplies and assist with basic bookkeeping duties Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and committee activities Record and distribute meeting minutes Support a positive school culture and maintain professional relationships with staff, students and parents Follow district policies and maintain strict confidentiality What We're Looking For Previous administrative or office experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently Pay & Schedule $17-18 per hour depending on experience Immediate start available 9-month position Supportive and professional work environment If you're looking for a role where your organizational skills make a difference every day, this could be a great fit. !
