Schedule Hours:
Sunday to Thursday This position requires evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays required based on organizational needs. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Maintain current certification in CPR/AED and be able to assist in emergency situations. Lifeguard Certification. Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) certification preferred or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe. Nebraska Pool Operator's Certification preferred or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe. Ability to identify outstanding staff resources that are available to the JCC for programming and to supervise those resources on an ongoing basis. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to handle competing priorities and deadlines by demonstrating excellent time management skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Physical Requirements Occasionally = 0%- 33% of the work day Frequently = 34%

- 100% of the work day The person in this position needs to constantyl move about the campus, both indoors and outdoors. Ability to; movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
