Unless otherwise specified, please submit your completed application to jobs@highlandmountain.com Summer Camp | Content Coordinator Job Summary Highland Camps is looking for a seasonal Content Coordinator to help capture and share the camp experience with families throughout the summer. This person will take daily photos of campers during camp activities and upload them to our parent app so families can see highlights from their child's time at camp. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working around kids, has a good eye for photos, and understands the importance of camper privacy and professionalism. Responsibilities Take daily photos of campers during riding, meals, activities, check-in, special events, and other camp moments. Upload photos to the camp parent app in a timely and organized manner. Capture a variety of campers, groups, activities, and candid moments throughout each session. Work with camp leadership to understand which activities, groups, or events should be photographed each day. Follow all camp policies related to camper privacy, photo permissions, and appropriate content. Help organize and manage photo files throughout the summer. Communicate with camp staff to ensure photo coverage of important camp moments. Support basic camp marketing content needs when appropriate, such as gathering photos for future camp promotion. Expected Schedule Part-Time or Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm during the camp season Required Skills & Qualifications Basic photography experience using a phone or digital camera. Ability to take clear, well-composed photos in an active outdoor environment. Comfortable working around children and teens. Reliable, organized, and able to manage daily uploads. Professional judgment when selecting and sharing camper photos. Ability to follow privacy guidelines and photo release procedures. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a camp team. Ability to be outside for extended periods of time. Ability to walk around camp areas and activity locations. Ability to work in an active environment with changing weather conditions.
