MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

B.A. or B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation, Creative Arts Therapy or in related field preferred; be certified or eligible for certification as an Activity Director Certified

• ADC within (1) one year.

Minimum two years' experience in long term care and/or dementia care preferred. Current driver's license in good standing required. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement may be required within six months of employment. Flu vaccine required during flu season
