Monitor users and activities within the center. Assist PHED adjunct instructors with class preparation. Answer general questions from students, staff, and community members accurately, pertaining to wellness center programming, schedules, and guidelines. Ensure waivers and other required documentation are completed and submitted for approval by the coordinator, recreational services. Conduct orientations for first-time wellness center users. Uphold the wellness center environment of care checklist, policies, and procedures. Clean the facility and equipment. Maintain inventory checks. Assist with the development and organization of the annual wellness expo. Conduct opening and closing procedures for the wellness center independently. Minimum Qualifications Equivalencies not found for this position Preferred Qualifications American Heart Association first aid, CPR, and AED certification required (provided by the campus) This position requires dependable initiative-takers. Good verbal / written skills, and an ability to be flexible, are necessary. A student workstudy award is needed. Please check with financial aid.
