DEDICATED & RELIABLE

Lifeguards and Camp Counselors to join our team! These roles are perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with children and young adults, ensuring their safety, and creating a positive camp experience .

Lifeguard Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety of campers in and around the pool during scheduled swim times. Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to any emergencies. Assist in adapting swim sessions to meet the needs of campers with varying abilities. Collaborate with counselors and staff to create a fun and inclusive aquatic experience. Maintain proper pool safety protocols and emergency response readiness .

Lifeguard Pay:

Higher than the standard counselor rate (exact rate discussed upon hire).

Bonus:

Lifeguards will be reimbursed for half the cost of their lifeguard certification course!

Camp Counselor Responsibilities:

Supervise and support campers throughout the day, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience. Assist with and participate in various camp activities , including sports, arts & crafts, music, and more . Encourage campers to try new activities, build friendships, and develop confidence. Adapt activities to meet individual camper needs and foster an inclusive environment . Work closely with fellow staff members to create a team-oriented and positive camp atmosphere .

8:45 AM•3:15 PM (Monday•Friday)

Who We're Looking For:

Lifeguards:

Must have a valid lifeguard certification (or be willing to obtain one before camp starts).

Camp Counselors:

Experience working with children, young adults, or individuals with disabilities is a plus! Enthusiastic, patient, and creative individuals who love working in a team-oriented, outdoor setting . Ability to adapt, take direction, and contribute to a positive camp environment .
