Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. 🎯 What You'll Do- Assist with coordinating a wide variety of recreational and leadership activities
- Promote student engagement, health, wellness, and positive social interaction
- Support evening programming in partnership with CPP and Social Development teams
- Coordinate activities with community organizations and local resources
- Monitor recreation areas and ensure student safety during activities
- Track student participation and maintain accountability records
- Maintain recreation equipment, supplies, and facilities
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and structured environment for students
- Mentor students and model Career Success Standards
- Support student leadership opportunities and recreation aide programs 💸 What You Get

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with youth, recreation, athletics, or group activities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead activities and engage students in a positive manner
- Valid in-state driver's license required and must meet Company insurability requirements
