Activity Aide

Activity Aide - Elm Manor Elm Manor is seeking an energetic and compassionate Activity Aide to join our team! In this rewarding role, you will help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for our residents through recreational activities, social events, and daily interaction.

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead activities for residents in long-term care and memory care Encourage resident participation and promote social engagement Assist with activity setup, supplies, and maintaining activity areas Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Work closely with staff to coordinate resident activities and schedules Assist residents with participation and mobility as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in activities, recreation, senior care, or long-term care preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus If you enjoy making a difference and bringing joy to others, we would love to have you join the Elm Manor team!

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
