We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Recreation Aide to join our team at a nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with seniors and helping create a positive and engaging environment for residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and conducting recreational activities for residents Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs Assist with games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, and other activities Provide companionship and positive interaction with residents Prepare and organize activity materials Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment Work closely with nursing and other facility staff Assist residents during activities as needed Perform other duties as assigned
