Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Volleyball Camp Director to lead our summer volleyball camp programs. This role involves designing engaging activities, coaching participants of all skill levels, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and creating a positive experience that inspires teamwork and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in sports coaching, and experience working with children. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive volleyball training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Lead daily camp activities, including drills, games, and team-building exercises Ensure all safety guidelines are maintained during camp activities and monitor participant behavior for effective behavior management Foster an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth Oversee camper check-in/check-out procedures and maintain accurate attendance records Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding camper progress and camp updates Skills Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly volleyball; Strong background in teaching physical education or working with children in recreational settings Experience in childcare or working with students to foster a safe and supportive environment Excellent behavior management skills to handle diverse group dynamics effectively Join us as a Volleyball Camp Director and help shape memorable summer experiences filled with growth, teamwork, and fun!
