Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty. Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks and follow through with creative ideas. Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
