Activities Assistant

Gardens of Belden Village is now Belden Village Nursing and Rehabilitation , a 99-bed facility providing long-term care, skilled rehabilitation, intensive outpatient care, and memory care. We are currently seeking a Full Time Activity Assistant to organize and participate in person-specific activity programming, including one to one interventions, small group facilitation and large group presentations and to assist the Activity Director as needed. Qualifications for Activities Assistant High School Diploma or GED Experience in activities department in a health care setting or equivalent Responsibility of communicating to residents the daily activities, helping transport residents to activities, doing daily documentation and helping with miscellaneous duties that the Activity Director brings forth.
