Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Activity Aide to join our team and help plan and deliver engaging recreational programs for our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recreation and leisure activities and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. Responsibilities

Coordinate recreational programs and events for the residents , including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with community the residents.
Ensure that all programs and services meet safety and accessibility standards.
Document on residents participation. Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Engage with residents.
Engaging activities to stimulate our residents.
Positive personality and wanting to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
