Experience and Education Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent. MEPAP certification & STNA experience preferred Previous experience preferred in long term care or assisted living with skills that include: daily documentation, care planning, using Point Click Care, completing PELI's & writing in Activities Newsletters Perks & Benefits Health, dental, vision, disability & life insurance (subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements) 401(k) with company match through Fidelity Career growth opportunities
