We're looking for a creative, energetic, and compassionate Program Activity Coordinator to lead engaging experiences for our Assisted Living residents. In this role, you'll bring our community to life through innovative programs, meaningful relationships, and memorable events that promote purpose, wellness, and connection. What You'll Do Create engaging programs that enrich the lives of Assisted Living residents. Lead Senior Star Signature Programs while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the community. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, including those living with dementia. Plan special events, wellness activities, holiday celebrations, and outings. Coordinate monthly calendars, newsletters, transportation, and volunteer opportunities. Partner with community leaders to support resident engagement and community events. Capture memorable moments through photos and social media. What You'll Bring At least 2 years of experience in a senior living community. Experience working with individuals living with dementia is required. Creativity, energy, and a passion for enriching the lives of older adults. Strong communication, organization, and technology skills. Dementia care certifications (Best Friends, Teepa Snow, Dementia Capable Care, OMA, or similar) are preferred.
