Plan and implement activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our guests, promoting socialization, resident engagement, and overall well-being Collaborate with our therapy staff to develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate activities and events to enhance rehabilitation and recovery outcomes Assist with scheduling, organizing, and leading activities such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and entertainment events Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and participant feedback to continuously improve and refine our programs Develop and maintain positive relationships with our guests, families, and staff members to ensure a warm and welcoming environment Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new initiatives and best practices
