The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for working with the elderly, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to organize and lead engaging activities and events with minimal supervision. A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing meaningful activity programs for residents Encourage resident participation and engagement Help create a vibrant and inclusive community environment Support daily documentation and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required A caring and energetic personality Strong communication and organizational skills
