Royalton Reserve is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Activity Assistant to join our exceptional team! As an integral part of our staff, you will collaborate closely with our Activities Director to curate engaging and diverse activities tailored to the unique interests and preferences of our residents. From crafting individualized activity plans to coordinating exciting events and outings, your creativity and professionalism will help enhance the quality of life for our cherished residents. Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of daily activities and events. Engage residents in meaningful recreational, social, and therapeutic activities. Maintain a vibrant activities calendar that caters to the diverse interests of our residents. Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere conducive to resident participation and enjoyment. Collaborate with staff members to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

We are looking for:

Prior experience in healthcare or a related field preferred. Compassionate demeanor and genuine interest in working with elderly populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, creative, and adaptable team player. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay:

Up to $18.00 per hour
