CareCore at Gaymont is looking for an energetic, dependable, and compassionate PRN Activity Aide to join our Activities team! This is an as-needed position that will help provide coverage for staff callouts, vacations, holidays, weekends, and other scheduling needs. If you enjoy working with seniors, bringing fun and creativity into their day, and helping residents stay active and engaged, we would love to hear from you! We offer Daily Pay! Schedule PRN / As Needed Typical hours are 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Must be flexible and available to help cover callouts and vacations Weekend and holiday availability is required Hours will vary based on facility needs Responsibilities Assist with planning and leading recreational and social activities Encourage resident participation and engagement Help with games, crafts, group activities, special events, and celebrations Assist with setting up and cleaning up activity areas Provide friendly one-on-one interaction with residents Help create a positive, welcoming environment throughout the facility Qualifications Must be dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working with seniors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in long-term care, senior living, activities, recreation, or a similar setting is preferred Must have the flexibility required for a PRN/as-needed position This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible position while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
