As an Activity Assistant, you will: Plan and lead fun, meaningful, and engaging activities based on our residents' needs, interests, abilities, and preferences. Build positive relationships and develop a good rapport with residents , getting to know their personalities, interests, and life stories. Create a warm, welcoming, home-like environment where residents feel valued, included, and connected. Work with residents in both Assisted Living and Special Care/Memory Care , adapting activities to meet different abilities and needs. Encourage residents to participate while respecting individual choices, abilities, and comfort levels. Bring energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and FUN to each day! Help create opportunities for residents to socialize, reminisce, learn, laugh, and enjoy time together. Work closely with the team to make sure activities are meaningful and support each resident's overall quality of life.
